The Engage 2 Winter School, held at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering in Belgrade, recently concluded, providing a fertile ground for young researchers, including PhD student Alexander Beiser. Over five days, the event gathered 29 students from 13 countries, who engaged in deep dives into Air Traffic Management (ATM) through expert-led tutorials and case studies. The program not only broadened Alexander’s understanding of key ATM challenges but also enhanced his research methodologies. This educational gathering was also a crucial networking event, allowing Alexander to connect with peers and industry leaders, setting a solid foundation for his PhD studies.
